I mitt arbete har jag gjort en kvalitativ analys av tre olika filmer. Mer specifikt har jag fokuserat p\u00e5 karakt\u00e4rer i dessa filmer som portr\u00e4tteras som utanf\u00f6r svenskheten och genom dem f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt finna var gr\u00e4nserna f\u00f6r svenskhet \u00e4r i samtida svensk film. Ett av det tydligaste jag fann i min analys var att s\u00e5dant som etniskt ursprung och utseende anv\u00e4nds betydligt oftare \u00e4n s\u00e5dant som kulturella traditioner eller beteende normer f\u00f6r att skildra dem som st\u00e5r utanf\u00f6r och innanf\u00f6r svenskhet. Detta \u00e4mnet utg\u00f6r ett samh\u00e4llsproblem d\u00e5 representationen av svenskhet och dess gr\u00e4nser i svensk media kan ses som en spegling av det bredare svenska samh\u00e4llet, samt att dessa representationer i sig kan p\u00e5verka hur tillh\u00f6righet f\u00f6rst\u00e5s och upplevs i vardagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultaten har jag valt att gestalta i formen av en kortfilm som f\u00f6ljer en ung kvinna i en privat milj\u00f6 d\u00e4r hon inf\u00f6r ett m\u00f6te utanf\u00f6r hemmet f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker anpassa sig till normer kopplade till svenskhet. I b\u00f6rjan av kortfilmen \u00e4r hennes h\u00e5r krulligt och hennes kl\u00e4der \u00e4r mer kopplade till alternativ kultur. \u00c4ven musiken som spelas \u00e4r mer alternativ j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med mer brett accepterad popmusik, b\u00e5de dessa val gjordes f\u00f6r att signalera att svensk utanf\u00f6rskap inte enbart handlar om etnisk bakgrund utan \u00e4ven kulturella v\u00e4rden, vilket ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r ett av mina resultat. Hon ligger i s\u00e4ngen och ritar, detta valet gjordes mer av filmiska anledningar, f\u00f6r att visa att denna milj\u00f6 \u00e4r bekv\u00e4m j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med den v\u00e4rld hon snart g\u00f6r sig redo f\u00f6r. N\u00e4r hon st\u00e4ller sig framf\u00f6r spegeln transformerar hon sitt utseende, samtidigt som hon \u00f6var p\u00e5 sin dialekt, och hennes namn som vi senare l\u00e4r oss inte faktiskt \u00e4r hennes namn via namnskylten p\u00e5 hennes ytterd\u00f6rr.&nbsp; Allt detta g\u00f6r hon f\u00f6r att anpassa sig till svenskhetens normer. Innan hon g\u00e5r st\u00e4nger hon av musiken, detta \u00e4r f\u00f6r att signalera \u00f6vergivandet av det alternativa f\u00f6r att igen anpassa sig till svenskhetens normer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktionen \u00e4r fr\u00e4mst avsedd f\u00f6r unga vuxna i Sverige, med s\u00e4rskilt fokus p\u00e5 personer som befinner sig i eller har erfarenhet av sammanhang d\u00e4r fr\u00e5gor om tillh\u00f6righet, normer och identitet \u00e4r n\u00e4rvarande. M\u00e5lgruppen f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas ha en grundl\u00e4ggande vana vid audiovisuella ber\u00e4ttelser och ett intresse f\u00f6r samtida samh\u00e4llsfr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utifr\u00e5n uppsatsens resultat utvecklade jag ett filmiskt koncept som syftade till att \u00f6vers\u00e4tta analytiska resultat till en erfarenhetsbaserad ber\u00e4ttelse.&nbsp; I denna fas gjordes val kring ber\u00e4ttelsens form, milj\u00f6 och karakt\u00e4r d\u00e4r fokus l\u00e5g p\u00e5 subtila uttryck snarare \u00e4n explicit konflikt. D\u00e4refter skrev jag ett manus, och ritade en storyboard som var anpassad efter projektets genomf\u00f6rbarhet. Det fanns en risk att gestaltning skulle antingen bli \u00f6vertydlig, eller f\u00f6r vag och sv\u00e5rtolkad. F\u00f6r att hantera det beh\u00f6vde jag g\u00f6ra medvetna val kring repetition, tempo och&nbsp; begr\u00e4nsning av ber\u00e4ttelsen till en enda karakt\u00e4r och milj\u00f6. Dessa avgr\u00e4nsningar gjordes f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka gestaltnings niv\u00e5n utan att f\u00f6rklara problematiken explicit. Arbetet har ocks\u00e5 synliggjort skillnader mellan akademisk kunskap och filmisk ber\u00e4ttande. D\u00e4r uppsatsen bygger p\u00e5 akademisk analys och argumentation, f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter filmen ett f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r publikens tolkning. En l\u00e4rdom har varit att mening skapas i m\u00f6tet mellan verket och publiken och inte enbart genom filmens entydiga budskap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Framtidsperspektiv<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-headings-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ff04e59dd0d3e9d26ca6bc44ea035cf7\">Arbetet med&nbsp; projektet har gjort tydligt vilka kompetenser jag beh\u00f6ver utveckla f\u00f6r att b\u00e4ttre kunna \u00f6vers\u00e4tta teoretisk analys till filmisk gestaltning. Ett utvecklingsomr\u00e5de \u00e4r att bli mer s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 hur abstrakta begrepp som normer kan omformas till konkreta visuella handlingar utan att bli f\u00f6renklade. Jag vill d\u00e4rf\u00f6r utveckla min f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att arbeta mer konsekvent med subtilt ber\u00e4ttande d\u00e4r betydelser skapas genom subtila detaljer snarare \u00e4n genom f\u00f6rklarande element.
