Travel addict, guitarist and bookworm, I have always been a fairly active and sporty person with a natural tendency of leading a healthy lifestyle.
\nI recently embraced the intermittent fasting diet and while enjoying the benefits of it, coffee<\/strong> has become pivotal in my morning routine. Aligned to the fasting regime I take it as it comes, black as the night: no milk, no sugar.<\/p>\n
