Ana invites you to look at the public images of women recognised as leaders on social media, as they are actively in charity work either through their own work, or due to their societal roles as \u201cfirst ladies.\u201d Join Christina in exploring how representations in digital media and digital self-representation influence public opinion about refugees. Ahmad follows the footsteps of a Syrian refugee caravan from Turkey to Europe, steered by the Telegram app; he will look into how the communication apps guide new waves of societal mobilisation.
