Chris Jensen
Chris is a creative communicator with 8 years of experience in digital marketing, PR and filmmaking. He currently manages several communications channels for an international NGO that advances lasting solutions for refugees, while overseeing their film and photography efforts. In past roles, Chris worked in commercial film production, developed communications strategies for several non-profits and managed a team to develop marketing and advertising campaigns for a variety of clients. He has had the opportunity to volunteer with numerous organizations, both in the U.S. and abroad, including the American Red Cross and a grassroots non-profit in Kenya.
Chris graduated from San Diego State University with a B.L.A. in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in International Security and Conflict Resolution. He is currently midway through an M.A. from Malmö University in Communications for Development.

Georg Wallner
Georg is a creative professional, experienced in the fields of photography, graphic design and art direction. Besides working in communications design and branding, he’s a long time volunteer in the Austrian Red Cross, where he worked in EMS, WASH, and most recently, as a communications delegate.
Georg embarked on a blogging journey before, photographing people and stories along the transsiberian railway, published on mesto47.org

Elbe Sprogies
Elbe is a multilingual communications expert with a passion for advancing and contributing to societal change and LGBTQIA+-focused activism. They are currently studying two master’s programs at Malmö University: MA in Communication for Development and MA in Culture & Change. Next to their studies, they work as a freelancer on English-German translation projects. Weekly, they meet and organize with other members of the local Malmö-based activist group “Rest and Resist”, and they also love to play volleyball with their team.

Selim Korycki
Selim is solidly grounded in visual communication thanks to 15 years of experience in the world of photography. Familiar with both theory (BA Photography from University of Westminster, and MA Photojournalism from University of the Arts London) and the practice (pretty much anything between documentary projects and commercial photography), he is currently broadening his horizons at Malmö University, completing the MA in Communication for Development.

Nina Karmelitow
Nina is an advocate for lifelong learning and the value of professional networks, with over two decades of experience in Media and Communications. She has balanced her career in both academic and industry settings, specializing in financial communications in the life science sector and championing sustainable business practices. She assumes roles as a freelance consultant, managing cultural projects and has overseen a spectrum of events, from in-person gatherings to virtual experiences. She a finds solace and inspiration in music activities, reflecting her well-rounded approach to personal and professional growth.
She lives and works mainly in Sweden and she cherishes her second home in Sopot, Poland, a place that holds a special spot in her heart. Nina is currently furthering her knowledge by pursuing an M.A. in Communications for Development at Malmö University.
