When we first found the caf\u00e9 on Instagram, it was temporarily closed, but we got very inspired by the atmosphere that was depicted from the pictures. The pastries and drinks were very dream-like, which drove us to make an advertisment of it. We thought it could be used as a teaser for the caf\u00e9\u2019s reopening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our advertisment aims to provide a visual experience of Yeu Bake Shop. It is an animation that highlights the \u2018slow living\u2019 element, which represents the vibe of Yeu Bake Shop. \u2018Slow living\u2019 is a lifestyle that encourages a slower approach to aspects of everyday life, which means performing tasks at a leisurely pace. Visually, \u2018slow living\u2019 reminded us of Studio Ghibli\u2019s storytelling style and art style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, we thought that the target audience would be from teenagers up to young adults who longed for a relaxing environment with some sweet treats. We think it will also draw the attention of anime and Ghibli enthusiasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we started illustrating, we kept \u2018slow living\u2019 and Studio Ghibli style in mind. So we maintained detailed illustrations to emphasize the romanticization of everyday life.
