No Cap

No Cap means “no lie” or “for real”.

It is used to emphasise someone is not exaggerating about something hard to believe.

In this blog, we navigate the increasingly elusive concepts of truth and lie and the grey areas in-between, how these are affirmed and spread through data and social media, and how this is changing the way we look at our world.

This blog is a student course project under the Communication for Development Master’s programme at Malmö University. The views expressed in the blog posts are those of the author only and don’t represent the views of the group nor the programme as a whole.
